Return Period:
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp. Returns will be picked up from your address.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately via WhatsApp so we can assist you.
Note:
Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can purchase the replacement item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us via WhatsApp.

لا نقبل استرجاع المنتجات المخفضة أو بطاقات الهدايا.
الاستبدال:
أفضل وأسرع طريقة للحصول على المنتج المطلوب هي إعادة المنتج الحالي ثم شراء المنتج البديل بعد قبول الطلب.
الاسترداد المالي:
بعد استلام وفحص المنتج المسترجع، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10 أيام عمل.
