Return Period:
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp. Returns will be picked up from your address.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately via WhatsApp so we can assist you.
Note:
Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can purchase the replacement item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
